If I do not live in the Kampala area can I ship my phone to you?

YES! At Phone Doctors Uganda we have many options available to quickly repair phones from customers outside the area. If you’d like to ship your phone to us for a free estimate, please print and fill out the form below and include it in your shipment. Mail-In Service Form

What if Phone Doctors Uganda fixes my device and it has the same problem again in the future?

We guarantee our work is solid with our AMAZING 1 MONTH WARRANTY! If after 1 months you encounter the same problem with the phone, contact us right away and we’ll fix it FREE OF CHARGE!

Will you charge me for other services/repairs that haven't been outlined in the original estimate?

NEVER! We value honesty most and we will always remain in contact with our customers before we decide to do anything further with the device. We will only add additional services if necessary and will seek your permission before doing so.

Can Phone Doctors Repair repair water submerged phones?

We deal on a regular basis with water damaged phones, most all of which we are able to fix. If you have a water damaged phone of any model, please bring it in as soon as possible!

Can Phone Doctors back-up the data on my phone?

We can back-up the data for you. However, we always recommend that you do your own back-up before bringing in the device.

Do I pay upfront or after the repair?

We always charge after we have completed the repair. We will always give our expert opinion upon inspecting the device and we may determine it is beyond repair. We may also end up adjusting the price depending on what we determine is needed to repair the device.

What does your repair price estimate include?

The estimate includes both labor and parts required to repair your device.

What do I do if I accidentally drop my Phone/Device in the toilet?

Remove the battery from the device and bring it to us today so we can take a look. Even if your Cell phone,Tablet,iPad,Laptop, or any other device seems perfectly fine, if exposed to water, it can only be a matter of time before it dies.

Does Phone Doctors Uganda Repair only repair cell phones?

Not at all!

Phone Doctors Uganda also specializes in tablets, Mac/PC and MP3 players such as the iPod. If you have any questions on a specific device feel free to contact your nearest store!
